Mum met a guy named Trent on the fantastic Whirlpool forums who offered to help build her computer from the ground up. Feeling like a goose, I said I’d meet with him and sound him out. I couldn’t believe how much money we saved. Basically, there’s a 100% markup by the company who build your computer. You save half the cost effectively. It makes sense and the only difference is that you end up with quality parts.
